I just watched the signing of the historic health care reform bill and as with many others, I do not understand all of it and since it is thousands of pages long I doubt if many others (including the writers) do either.
The part that I do understand is that it should help us have healthier students and perhaps parents who don't have to worry as much. If this can mean a difference in student, parent and teacher performance, then it is a good thing for schools.
